Technological Wellness for Young People (TechWell) is launched as a new EU Erasmus+ Project to address the growing concern of technology addiction among young people.
The project aims to promote responsible smartphone use and improve digital wellness. Key objectives of TechWell include:
1. Understanding the problem: Investigating the root causes and consequences of smartphone addiction.
2. Developing solutions: Creating effective strategies to address problematic smartphone use.
3. Raising awareness: Educating stakeholders about the importance of digital wellness.
The project is led by Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and involves collaboration with several international partners:

- Genç Başarı Association (Türkiye)
- IASIS (Greece)
- Istanbul Governorship (Türkiye)
- University of Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne (France)
- University of Padova (Italy)
- Yeniden Association (Türkiye)
This collaborative effort brings together expertise from various countries to tackle the complex issue of technology addiction. As the project progresses, it is expected to yield valuable insights and practical solutions to help young people maintain a healthy relationship with their smartphones.
